Instructions
With a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the mayonnaise and seasonings, beating until blended.
Fold the drained corn, about ¾ of the shredded cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, green onions, and red bell pepper into the cream cheese mixture.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Top with the remaining cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
Remove from the oven. Garnish with additional green onions, if desired.
Allow the dip to cool slightly before serving warm with your favorite dippers.
