Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, butter and peanut butter until well combined.
Add powdered sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and salt.
Beat on high until light and fluffy.
Add oats and beat until combined.
Fold in the M&Ms and chocolate chips.
Serve immediately or let chill in the refrigerator.
Serve with assorted cookies or fruit dippers.
