Shredded cheddar cheese

Shredded Monterey jack cheese
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Add the sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and salt and pepper (seasoned to your preference), and mix well.
Fold in the diced jalapenos and chopped bacon, reserving a little bit of each for topping.
Fold in 1 cup of each cheese, and mix well.
Pour this mixture into a small cast iron skillet or other baking dish, smooth out evenly.
Top with the remaining cheese, and remaining bacon and jalapenos.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the mixture is bubbly and cheese is melted.
